Old Court House Law Museum
Part-Time Visitor Services and Collections Officer (Fixed term contract to 30 June 2028)
Operating from the City of Perths oldest building The Old Court House
Heritage listed site of State National and International significance
Perths oldest building The Old Court House is one of Western Australias most significant colonial cultural heritage sites. From its principal function as a court house to its cultural role as the main social and civic hub of early colonial life this small building now operates as the Old Court House Law Museum.
As a contemporary Museum we collect conserve and interpret Western Australias legal and social histories from the past to the present.
This significant building and Museum have important histories to share and we invite you to help us bring these stories to the world.
The Visitor Services and Collections Officer will be rostered Sunday to Tuesday (0.6 FTE) and will facilitate museum visitation and will work with the Curator to document conserve interpret digitise and promote Western Australias legal and social history.
