Back End Operator is a detail-oriented team player to manage data files and compare output against data. Perform quality control functions through software programs monitor workflow and portal queues and upload client output files to ERP systems. Additionally provide reporting respond to help desk tickets and detail billing Be a key contributor to customer success.

Starting salary from $16.00 per hour.

Essential Functions: Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage client data files.
  • Compare XML output files against data files.
  • Perform quality control functions through software programs.
  • Monitor workflow and portal queues.
  • Generate reports from systems.
  • Report any defects and provide feedback to operational teams.
  • Monitor and manage exception queues.
  • Deliver detailed billing reports.
  • Respond to help desk tickets provided through Client Services.
  • Maintain and adhere to rules-based processing specific client processes.
  • Cross-training required to backup team members.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues.
  • Willingness to learn and become competent on operational systems as needed for job performance.
  • May perform other duties in addition to those outlined in this job description.
  • Demonstrates understanding of quality of service and collaborates with co-workers to ensure excellence standards are achieved.
  • Innovates through improvement of care and/or efficiency of operational processes.
  • Committed to a standard of performance excellence and high quality.

Education and Experience:

Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of related experience required.

Preferred: Associate degreeor higher

Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an office position that involves standing sitting reaching manual dexterity to operate office. machines stooping bending to handle files and supplies and mobility to complete errands or deliveries.
  • May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain.
