You will be responsible for leading the IT integration and separation efforts during mergers acquisitions and divestitures.
Lead IT due diligence efforts to assess the technology landscape of target companies
Develop and execute IT integration plans to combine technology infrastructure applications and data
Plan and execute the separation of IT systems infrastructure and data during divestitures
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage organizational change and communicate IT plans and progress
Identify and mitigate IT risks associated with M&A activities
Develop and manage IT budgets for M&A activities
Lead a team of IT professionals to ensure successful project execution
I have 10 years of IT experience with a focus on M&A integration and separation
I have strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure applications and data management
I have excellent project management leadership and communication skills
I have the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management and cost optimization

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$159400.00 - $199200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
