Description

As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible to ensure that product quality is aligned with stated goals and that adequate actions are taken if product or process deficiencies are identified.

As a Quality Engineer you should work to ensure that the Quality Management System is maintained understood followed and continuously improved by the organization to ensure that it is efficient.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Supervise Costs of Poor Quality and bring up and propose actions when needed
  • Drive improvement and process development initiatives using the Six Sigma DMAIC Methodology
  • Provide training and support in Quality Owned processes and tools
  • Ensure that the NC/CAPA process are effective and efficient
  • Provide pro-active support to the organization on systems for Customer Claims NC/CAPA and document management.
  • Ensure that customer claims are analyzed and communicated to the organization for subsequent resolution
  • Support Manufacturing with the resolution of quality matters causing customer dissatisfaction and cost of poor quality
  • Conduct internal audits in line with agreed audit plan to find opportunities for process improvement

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant Engineering field
  • Minimum of 5 years confirmed experience in engineering/quality in a production environment
  • Experience from working with improvement of Quality Management Systems
  • Excellent ability in English (spoken as well as written) and preferably in Swedish

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Internal auditor trained with experience from auditing
  • Experience of Lean or 6-sigma training
  • Strong analytical and communicative skills as the role involves fact-based decision making and interactions with many different collaborators
    Good planning skills.
