• Requirements for Handyman
  Good overall knowledge of multiple trades including:
  • • Plumbing
    • Carpentry
    • Tile
    • Electrical
  • Ability to identify and use proper equipment for various tasks (not required to own every tool but must know what is needed)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve problems promptly and professionally
  • Excellent communication skills with management office staff fellow employees homeowners suppliers property managers and commercial customers
  • Presentable clean-cut appearance
  • Decent looking vehicle
  • Organized tools
  • Punctual efficient and maintains the highest integrity
  • Strives for top customer satisfaction

• Responsibilities for Handyman
  
  
  • Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
  • Carpentry drywall repair painting tile work basic plumbing and electrical tasks
  • Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with customers about potential repairs or additional services the company can provide
  • Earn customer confidence and inquire about additional work that could be performed
  • Take initiative to fix small issues and educate customers on the companys capabilities
  • Maintain organized tools and a professional appearance
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Consistently deliver high-quality craftsmanship and customer service
