Our dynamic work environment includes a spacious 36000 m warehouse a modern machine park with around 20 machines and a close-knit team of 5 committed technical experts.

As a wholesaler and full-service provider of fresh vegetables fruit flowers and plants we are part of the Greenyard Group. Our Waddinxveen location houses three companies: Fresh Solutions Netherlands B.V. (fruit & vegetables) Fresh Solutions Flowers B.V. (flowers & plants) and Greenyard Supply Chain Services (logistics). From here we supply one of Germanys largest retailers with fresh products.

Your challenge:
As a Maintenance Worker you are the backbone of our technical operations. From routine maintenance that ensures continuity and quality of the production process to designing and implementing innovative improvements and new machine concepts. No day is the same and no challenge is too big for your mechanical and electrical expertise!
From citrus weighers sealing machines labeling machines conveyors to flower belts you are the one who keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently.

• You proactively assist with technical (ad-hoc) issues and malfunctions.
• You handle breakdown services and identify and assess the causes of malfunctions.
• You elevate our machine park by proposing and implementing innovative improvements to the Head of Technical Services.
• When not solving machine issues you focus on technical building maintenance.

Were looking for a technician who isnt afraid to get their hands dirty and is ready to tackle the complex challenges of our dynamic environment. Youll recognize yourself in the following:

• MBO-level education in electrical engineering and a passion for technology Then youre our ideal candidate!
• No formal technical education but relevant experience and affinity with the fresh produce sector Wed love to welcome you.
• Neat safety-conscious responsible collegial and communicative Thats essential especially in our team-oriented work culture in both Dutch and English.
• You work according to regulations and certifications safety comes first.
• Flexibility: You work day shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM in consultation with the team. Every 4 weeks youll be on-call in the evenings until 11:00 PM and on weekends (on-call basis).
