Our client is a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand in the health & wellness space trusted by thousands of customers worldwide. Paid media is one of their most powerful growth drivers and theyre looking for a results-oriented Senior Media Buyer to take ownership of scaling customer acquisition while maximising ROI.
This role is ideal for a performance marketer with a proven track record in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands someone who thrives in high-growth environments and knows how to connect smart creative with data-driven optimisation.
Own strategy planning buying and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta TikTok Pinterest and other emerging platforms.
Manage significant ad spend to deliver efficient ROAS CPA and LTV outcomes.
Drive growth by identifying new opportunities through audience research and segmentation.
Collaborate with creatives to test new hooks ad formats and content variations.
Develop and maintain a structured testing roadmap across audiences placements and creatives.
Analyse and report on campaign performance providing clear insights and recommendations.
Keep ahead of platform updates trends and competitor activity to fuel continuous growth.
4 years hands-on experience in paid social buying for DTC eCommerce or consumer brands.
Strong expertise with Meta Ads Manager TikTok Ads Manager and other paid social platforms.
Proven success managing large budgets (20K USD-50K USD daily spend) and optimising for ROAS CPA and LTV.
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics / Looker Studio or similar).
Commercially savvyable to link ad spend directly to revenue growth.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Comfortable in a fast-paced test-and-learn environment.
Hitting ROAS and CPA targets consistently.
Driving scalable new customer acquisition through paid media.
Efficient budget allocation with minimal waste.
Incremental revenue growth linked directly to paid spend.
Delivery of clear actionable performance reports.
Consistent pipeline of creative and audience testing.
