Job Purpose: Sales leader to drive business growth in the KSA market with full P&L responsibility.
Job Summary:
As the Sales Head for KSA you will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy leading business development efforts and achieving revenue targets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role demands a deep understanding of the regional market strong leadership capabilities and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders including CXOs and CIOs. You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure managing both new and existing business across sectors such as healthcare smart cities utilities BFSI and enterprise.
Your role will also include working closely with other departments like marketing pre-sales and services to deliver a seamless customer experience. Additionally you will act as the company s face for all external activities in KSA including participating in corporate events and forums and building key relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). As a leader you will manage and mentor the local sales team to ensure consistent performance aligned with business objectives while continuously gathering market intelligence to refine growth strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy & Growth:
Lead and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the business in KSA.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies focused on areas such as digital services Microsoft Business Applications security cloud managed services and enterprise asset management.
Drive aggressive business growth across various verticals including healthcare regulators municipalities smart cities utilities BFSI and enterprise sectors.
Branding & Market Presence:
Represent the company at key events and corporate activities including press engagements training sessions and industry conferences.
Act as the companys brand ambassador in the KSA market helping to build and enhance its presence.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives (CXOs CIOs) in key accounts.
Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction by managing expectations communications negotiations and escalations with client stakeholders.
Build and nurture relationships with OEMs to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Market Insights:
Conduct market research and align business vertical strategies with emerging market trends in the region.
Team Leadership:
Manage the local sales team and ensure they meet performance goals and targets.
Foster a culture of innovation and high performance within the team.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
In-depth understanding of the KSA market and customer landscape.
Strong domain and technology knowledge.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required.
Masters degree in Sales and Marketing is preferred.
Certifications:
Sales certifications and relevant technology certifications are desirable.
Experience:
15 years of experience in the IT industry with at least 3 years of IT sales experience in the KSA market.
Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving significant business opportunities.
