Position: Assessor/Trainer - Electrical Installations
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead training sessions on electrical installations ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Assess and evaluate students practical skills and knowledge in the context of electrical installations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students fostering an environment conducive to learning and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations during training and assessments.
- Demonstrate electrical installation techniques and best practices effectively to students.
- Develop training materials and assessments that align with current industry trends and standards.
- Collaborate with other professionals within the college to enhance the training program.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in electrical installations or a related field.
- Experience in instructional or training roles is highly desirable.
- Strong grasp of occupational safety and legislative standards related to electrical installations.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in a technical training or assessment role.
- Demonstrated experience in providing feedback management and effective teaching practices.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 29770 - 34600 per annum based on experience.
