Position: Assessor/Trainer - Electrical Installations

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and lead training sessions on electrical installations ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Assess and evaluate students practical skills and knowledge in the context of electrical installations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students fostering an environment conducive to learning and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations during training and assessments.
  • Demonstrate electrical installation techniques and best practices effectively to students.
  • Develop training materials and assessments that align with current industry trends and standards.
  • Collaborate with other professionals within the college to enhance the training program.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in electrical installations or a related field.
  • Experience in instructional or training roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong grasp of occupational safety and legislative standards related to electrical installations.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in a technical training or assessment role.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing feedback management and effective teaching practices.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 29770 - 34600 per annum based on experience.
