Job Description
Location: Burlington MA 01805
Schedule: Night Shift 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Duration: 13-weeks contract
Weekly Pay: $2448 $2592 (Negotiable based on experience)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department (ED)
- Assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care in a timely manner
- Prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical judgment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the EMR
- Triage patients efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
- Participate in rapid response and trauma teams as needed
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience
- Licensure: Active and Valid Massachusetts (MA) RN License
- Certifications (Required):
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
