What Youll Do: Deliver occupational therapy services to clients in a home health setting Develop personalized care plans tailored to individual needs Help clients regain function mobility and independence Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team Enjoy autonomy in your day-to-day while being supported by a strong clinical network Youll Be a Great Fit If You: Are a licensed Occupational Therapist in Colorado Valid drivers license and auto insurance Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Are passionate about helping others reach their highest level of independence Can work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment Want to grow in a supportive mission-driven organization

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
