Job Description

Title: Familiarization Induction and Training Coordinator/ Operational Readiness Activation and Transition (ORAT) Consultant I

We are hiring a Familiarization Induction and Training Coordinator for our clients transportation/rail parking structure and facility capital improvement program.

This is a critical position within the Operational Readiness (OR) Division responsible for overseeing planning coordination scheduling and quality of the operational training program for client and stakeholder personnel on processes functions equipment and systems for OR assigned projects.

Job Specific Duties:

  • Assist Project closeout administration from the training requirements standpoint including coordination and assistance for nal inspection preparation of contractor de ciency lists and punch lists and receipt of relevant training documents.
  • Coordinate the preparation of training syllabus review training materials.
  • Prepare nal report with a summary of the training programs developed and executed training issues and data on the training provided and the types of training. Include a section on lessons learned.
  • Become thoroughly familiar with required contractual obligations and technical aspects of all training to be performed.
  • Monitors reviews and comments on the overall training planning activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
  • Review and monitor the services of contractors and subcontractors tied to training program dependent resources to ensure they will be available at the appropriate time for maximum e ciency and productivity.
  • Assess progress and identify potential gaps in training.
  • Keep alert to possible additional needs and take preventative action to ensure that critical milestones are met for training.
  • Prepare periodic reports summarizing progress of training activities for client executive management.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
  • May assume other duties as required/needed.
  • Maybe required to work past regular work shift. Maybe required to work various shifts as needed.
  • This position o ers a hybrid/telework schedule.

Description

  • Participate in and support planning for the OR Program.
  • Assess operational training needs of all stakeholders.
  • Creation of operational training curricula maps and other aids.
  • Develop comprehensive and overall operational training program to match the stakeholder needs and ensure competency levels are achieved.
  • Develop orientation and familiarization training courses that cover generic facility spaces functions and systems and individual stakeholder requirements.
  • Review Design Builders Proposed training plans syllabus and instructional materials for all equipment and systems; managing training operations maintenance personnel service contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute Train-the-Trainer programs.
  • Manage & coordinate schedule & quality assurance for each training plan.
  • Develop with the design builder the Training Quality measurement and post-training evaluation/assessment program.
  • Coordinate and review training activities with all pertinent and relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinate and assist with lming of training sessions and quality reviews of the classes.
  • Assist with the development re nement and implementation of work plans including checklists simulations trials and training programs.
  • Manage Training program including development of concepts execution gathering feedback and resolution.
  • Assist in project close out process.

Qualifications

Required Qualification:- Years of Experience/Education/Certificates/Training:

  • Five (5) years or more of experience in training in an operational setting is required.
  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture Engineering Business Administration Construction Planning or related elds; preferred with a concentration in training and development; or related eld.
  • Applicable Professional Training and Development Certi cations.
    • Certi cations may include: APQC BPMI IxDA HFES ODCP ODCC CMC ACMP CCMP PMP
  • Thorough knowledge of & experience with training programs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices for airport systems.
  • Possess technical skills in project management training documentation creation communications and/or operational or technology testing.
  • Word Excel Power Point Prolog Outlook O ce 365 Bluebeam video training aides.
  • Good written and oral communications skills.

Wage Requirement

  • Starting Salary range for this job is $93150.00 - $107120.00. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill education experience and working environment
