Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through research outreach and campaign activities for the US P&C insurance and technology markets.
- Execute targeted email marketing outreach campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Conduct market research to identify key accounts decision-makers and potential business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain lead pipeline ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progression.
- Own and update lead database ensuring accuracy and data hygiene.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
- Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot and others) to track manage and report sales activity.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation campaign performance and pipeline status.
Key Requirements
- 2 years of inside sales / lead generation experience in the B2B space (US Market preferred).
- Proven expertise in email marketing campaigns ABM and market research.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written (fluent English required).
- Prior experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and other sales tools.
- Strong ability to own and manage lead databases and pipelines.
- Self-driven target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS Insurance or Technology sales.
- Exposure to working with US-based clients and time zones.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
