Job Description
The Remote Audio Visual (AV) Engineer is responsible for designing implementing and supporting audio-visual systems to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization. This role involves configuring AV hardware and software troubleshooting technical issues and providing support for virtual events meetings and multimedia productions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design configure and maintain AV systems for remote and hybrid work environments.
Troubleshoot AV equipment including cameras microphones projectors and conferencing platforms.
Provide live event support including webinars training sessions and presentations.
Manage integration between AV systems and collaboration platforms (Zoom MS Teams Webex).
Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
Coordinate with vendors for installations upgrades and repairs.
Ensure compliance with AV and IT security standards.
Qualifications:
Experience with AV systems and conferencing tools (Zoom Teams Cisco Webex Crestron Polycom).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of network configurations related to AV systems.
Excellent communication skills for remote user support.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
