Basic Function:

Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor the Hydro Blaster assists in unloading bundles off of trucks. Place bundles on the cleaning fixtures and operates cleaning equipment to clean bundles. Once bundles are cleaned they are prepped for shipment and loaded on truck for delivery.

Major Duties:

1. Unload and load Heat Exchanger Equipment from trucks.
2. Prepare cleaning equipment for each job.
3. Maintains appropriate housekeeping of Cleaning Shop.
4. Performs minor maintenance on equipment.
5. Performs preventative maintenance on the equipment.
6. Inspects finished product.
7. Prepare finished product for shipment.
8. Other duties as assigned.
9. Performs assigned tasks in a safe manner avoiding all unsafe practices.
10. Performs internal quality control of cleaning procedures.
11. Sets up and performs jobs based on shop practices and procedures..
12. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Knowledge - H.S. diploma or equivalent; or equivalent experience; knowledge of cleaning practices.

Skills- Read and write English language.

Working Conditions- Heat noisy dusty cold chemical exposures pinching hazards stand for long periods of time some bending stooping push/pull twist squat lift & climb requires 50 lb. lifting ability and exposed to normal shop hazards.
