We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support our communication strategies and day-to-day operations. This role involves crafting compelling messages coordinating outreach activities and ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills strong writing abilities and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns.
Draft proofread and edit press releases newsletters and internal communications.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Maintain and update company communication materials and databases.
Support event planning logistics and media relations efforts.
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance communication efforts.
Track and report on communication activities and campaign performance.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field.
12 years of experience in a communications marketing or administrative support role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management tools.
Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
