Pay Rate/Range: $16.25/hr

Description: The Kiter is responsible for gathering organizing and preparing materials or product components into kits based on production or shipping requirements. This role supports operational efficiency by ensuring that all necessary items are accurately and timely staged for use in manufacturing or packaging.

Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick and assemble materials or ingredients according to work orders or production schedules. Ensure kits are complete properly labeled and meet quality standards. Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning and tracking materials in the system. Communicate with supervisors or team leads regarding material shortages or discrepancies. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with company policies. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (e.g. stocking cleaning organizing).

Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior warehouse production or kitting experience a plus. Basic math and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Team-oriented with strong attention to detail

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule: 2nd Shift 10:00pm-6:00am scheduled will vary
