Bilingual Child and Family Therapist (Spanish) - LCMHC LCSW or LMFT - Winston-Salem NC
Crossnore Communities for Children is seeking aBilingual (English/Spanish)Child and Family Therapist to join our supportive team on our Winston-Salem NC this role youll bring compassion cultural responsiveness and clinical expertise to serve children youth and families helping them find hope and healing after trauma.Associate level and fully licensed candidates encouraged to apply.
Location: Winston-Salem North Carolina
Schedule: Typical hours are 1st shift Monday-Friday. Therapists will have autonomy to manage your own 40-hour workweek to meet client needs. Shared on-call rotation for one week at a time every 2-3 months.
Hiring Range:$53000 - &68000K annually $3000 SIGN ON BONUS - Associate Licensed - $53000 annually. Salary is based on education and experience. All associate licensed therapists will start at $53K unless there is additional relevant experience in the human service field (excluding internship).

Education/Experience
- Must have a valid and active license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); fully licensed preferred; Provisional or Associate License required.
- Experience as a therapist working with children and families in a mental health setting preferred.
