Job Description

THE POSITION

Key Responsibilities:

  Coordinate the business process of the management board by organizing and facilitating meetings clarifying agreed actions documenting outcomes and following up on progress between board meetings.

Manage key administrative or strategic projects and track projects across multidisciplinary functions.

Lead operational excellence initiatives and facilitate continuous improvement efforts.

Serve as a PROMT (Project Management) Coach and CBS (Continental Business Systems) Admin Coach.

Plan organize and support execution of key management deliverables including strategic planning budgeting and executive communications.

Provide project and event support to senior management.

Qualifications :

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree

2 years of project management experience

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5 years of project management experience 

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and drive consensus in dynamic environments

Solid knowledge of PROMT (Project Management Tires) and CBS (Continental Business Systems)
