We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Processing Clerk to join our this role you will be responsible for managing organizing and processing event data to ensure the smooth execution of our events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry and processing and the ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process event orders and contracts ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Enter and update event data in our database system
  • Prepare and distribute detailed event reports to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Keep track of event inventory and communicate with relevant departments for replenishment
  • Collaborate with the Event Coordinators and Production Managers to ensure events are properly staffed and equipped
  • Manage and organize physical and digital event files and documents
  • Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Troubleshoot any data discrepancies and work towards finding timely solutions
  • Ensure all data is properly secured and confidential information is handled in accordance with company policies
  • Assist in creating and maintaining event schedules and timelines
  • Provide administrative support to the Event Production team as needed


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data entry or processing role
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of database management systems and experience with data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Prior event industry experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the escrow process, from opening to closing. Review purchase agreements, contracts, and title documents to ensure accuracy. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions. Prepare settlement statements, escrow instructions, and required documents. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Handle disbursement of funds and balance escrow accounts. Maintain accurate records and provide updates to all parties throughout the transaction. Resolve issues or discrepancies quickly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of escrow, title, and real estate processes. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in escrow/title software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. State-required Escrow Officer license or certification (if applicable).
