Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a meticulous Legal Data Entry Operator to join our team in a fully remote this role you will be responsible for accurately entering legal and claims-related data a foundational task that supports legal staff ensures regulatory compliance and enhances operational efficiency across both on-site and remote workstreams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update legal case details client information and claims data into internal databases using your remote workstation.

  • Verify accuracy by cross-referencing source documents including legal forms correspondence and case files and flag any discrepancies.

  • Manage document versions and maintain organized digital filing systems for easy retrieval by legal teams.

  • Assist with clerical tasks such as scanning documents preparing files and performing regular backups.

  • Generate and distribute reports summarizing data entry status accuracy metrics or outstanding items to relevant internal teams.

  • Communicate effectively to clarify data requirements and resolve inconsistencies ensuring smooth coordination across both remote and on-site teams.

  • Suggest process improvements to increase data accuracy and enhance workflow efficiency in a remote environment.

  • Uphold stringent confidentiality and data security protocols while handling sensitive legal information from your remote workspace.




Requirements

  • High school diploma required; additional coursework or exposure to legal studies or data administration is helpful.

  • Experience in data entry or administrative roles with familiarity in legal terminology or document contexts preferred.

  • Excellent detail orientation and high typing accuracy.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of information independently.

  • Proficiency in using document systems spreadsheets and databases.

  • Strong written communication skills to collaborate effectively with legal staff while working remote.

  • Self-motivated reliable and disciplined to perform effectively in a remote work setting.

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in a construction, risk management, or project engineering role. Proficiency with software tools such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Project), document control systems, and scheduling tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Driver s license with a reliable driving record, due to required site visits. Physical readiness to spend significant time onsite standing, walking, and occasionally handling equipment. Demonstrated alignment with values of integrity, loyalty, and innovative risk solutions.
