Job Description
Position Summary
EMPLOYER: Vista Equity Partners Management LLC
TITLE: Associate Capital & Partner Solutions
Duties:
Develop and maintain an effective Loopio (fka RFPio) systems governance framework. Maintain and update the database of Capital and Partner Solutions (CAPS) Finance and Compliance approved due diligence questionnaire (DDQ) responses to improve proposal quality and team productivity. Ensure that responses uploaded have been approved by Compliance according to a pre-determined verification schedule add new entries when appropriate and make updates as required. Coordinate with various subject matter experts throughout the firm to track and manage new DDQ response creation; know where to find applicable data or request the data as needed. Provide input on the technology and features roadmap for Loopio within the organization including governance policies best practices and standards and in close partnership with the Firms business applications and technology partners. Maintain a working knowledge and familiarity of relevant fund offering documents historical and current information on the firm its strategies investment approaches portfolio characteristics assets under management and investment partnership with the Firms business applications and technology team: Lead the design development configuration and customization of Loopio workflows forms and other collaborative features; Manage overall operation and maintenance of Loopio including any related support or outsourced services; Power user to manage Loopio permissions user access and security settings; Ensure the scalability reliability and performance of the Loopio platform; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Loopio functionality and integration; and Proactively respond to and resolve system and user issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and requirements recommending Loopio solutions for process optimization and automation; Provide training guidance and support to end users to promote effective and efficient use of Loopio; Train new employees to navigate Loopio including developing and creating how-to guides for users; Coordinate across multiple groups within the firm to manage investor requests and due diligence questionnaires meeting established deadlines; Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and efficiencies. Hybrid work permitted within a reasonable commuting distance of the New York NY office.
Responsibilities
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday
SALARY: $152859 to $190000 per year
LOCATION: Vista Equity Partners Management LLC 50 Hudson Yards Fl. 77 New York NY 10001
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Finance Business Management Business Administration or a closely related field of study and five (5) years of experience in Finance Investment and Project Management Consulting Private Equity and Alternative Asset Management or a closely related occupation
Qualifications
SPECIAL SKILLS: Also requires experience in the following:
- 5 years of experience with RFP/DDQ processes as well as DDQ content management;
- Finance or professional Services industry;
- Working with RFP workflow technology and content management systems;
- Developing RFP workflow technology how-to guides to train users;
- Business analysis and problem-solving to trace problems through multiple steps to identify solutions;
- Regulatory reporting and solutioning technology;
- Task management; and
- Process orientation that leads to structured and documented workflow.
