Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with prospective students via phone email and SMS using a strategic contact approach.
- Assess and qualify applicants through interviews to ensure our programs align with their goals.
- Guide students through the enrollment process collaborating across departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
- Build strong relationships in a fast-paced high-volume environment demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Stay compliant with university policies while maintaining a student-first mindset.
- Adapt quickly to changes and implement updates with ease.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture embodying Chamberlains commitment to care and excellence.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Has access to designated work from home office space with reliable high-speed internet
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficient computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn retain and implement new information
- Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule weekends and evenings to accommodate student departmental and companys needs
Working Hours:
- On-site: 2 days per week 8:00AM 5:00PM
- Remote: 2 days per week 10:00AM - 7:00PM/11:00AM - 8:00PM
- Fridays: Remote 8:00AM 5:00PM

Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $18.7 and $25. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
