About the Role
As Director of Content Marketing youll own the strategy execution and performance of all content that fuels EliseAIs brand presence demand generation and thought leadership. Youll lead a small but mighty content team and work cross-functionally with Product Marketing Demand Gen Sales and Customer Success to tell our story in a way that educates inspires and converts.
This is a player-coach role: youll set the vision and strategy but also roll up your sleeves to write edit and produce high-impact content across formats. From long-form thought leadership to fast-moving campaign assets and video youll ensure our content stands out in the crowded B2B SaaS and AI landscapes.
EliseAI is redefining how property management and healthcare operate and youll be the one shaping the narrative. Youll have the opportunity to build a content function from the ground up at unicorn scaleowning the voice style and message that will resonate with our market and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content strategy & ownership Develop and lead a content strategy aligned with EliseAIs business goals buyer journey and target industries
Editorial leadership Manage the content calendar ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality assets across formats (articles white papers case studies videos webinars and more)
Demand-driving content Partner with Demand Generation to create conversion-focused assets for campaigns ABM programs and digital channels
Brand & thought leadership Build EliseAIs reputation as a category leader through original research industry commentary and engaging storytelling
Customer-driven storytelling Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to turn customer successes into compelling case studies testimonials and video stories
SEO & distribution Partner with digital teams to ensure content is optimized for search discoverability and engagement
Measurement & optimization Track performance metrics analyze results and adjust strategies to maximize contents business impact
Team building Recruit mentor and develop a high-performing content marketing team and manage freelance/agency resources as needed
Requirements
8 years in content marketing or editorial roles with at least 3 years leading a content function in a B2B SaaS or tech company
Proven track record of building and executing content strategies that drive measurable demand and brand impact
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different formats audiences and channels
Experience managing multi-format content production including video webinars and interactive content
Strong understanding of SEO content analytics and distribution strategies
Comfortable working closely with executives customers and subject-matter experts to extract compelling stories
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced high-growth environment
Willingness to work in person at our NYC office or other corporate offices 45 days a week

Job Compensation Range
The salary range for this role is $175000 $230000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary equity and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience skill level location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
