Job Description
What You Get To Do:
We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities and behavioral or medical complexities in our residential and supported living programs!
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional you will work with the person served to provide coaching supervision and role-modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation medication administration meal preparation and/or assistance with personal cares.
No Experience If you meet the basic job requirements we will provide the necessary paid training and hands-on experience
Qualifications :
What We Look For:
Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred: experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
Valid Drivers License and consistent access to a vehicle is required
