- Maintain regular communication and collaboration skills with our 3PL call center conducting weekly meetings to ensure alignment and address any issue.
- Interaction with customers (Delivery Questions regarding products exchange and return)
- Conduct monthly analysis of customer service related issues and prepare detailed reports for management
- Corrective action planning to improve CRM process
Salary: $45-70k/yr. (DOE)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Assistant Manager level-24 year experience or Staff level -12 year experience preferred
- Problem-solving and Negotiation skills
- Time management skills (Prompt responses to customer queries and the timely implementation of customer service strategies needed)
- verbal and written English communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge in working with MS Office programs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual(English/Korean)
