Beloform is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to support our marketing department in campaign development market research and promotional execution. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical and eager to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitor activity
Coordinate with design and content teams to produce promotional materials
Manage and update the companys CRM and marketing databases
Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports
Support event planning trade shows and other promotional activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or similar role preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software/tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Self-motivated and eager to learn
