We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to serve as the key connection between our clients and internal teams. This position is crucial in ensuring client needs are addressed efficiently while fostering positive and long-lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude toward customer engagement and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries
Coordinate and follow up on customer requests ensuring timely responses and resolution
Collaborate with internal departments to address client concerns and feedback
Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements in service processes
Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through initial setup and support
Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance the overall customer experience
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field preferred
2 years of experience in customer service client relations or account coordination
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
High level of professionalism and customer orientation
