Job Summary

Established multi-disciplined consulting firm is looking to add a talented Senior Project Architect to their Des Moines team!

Responsibilities:

Lead the design/development of a variety of architectural projects
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers planners and designers
Mentor/train junior staff
Manage client relationships project schedules budgets and team resources
Oversee construction documentation regulatory approvals and construction administration
Promote a culture of collaboration and learning within the team

Requirements:

Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Architecture
Strong portfolio that proves design leadership and technical expertise
Experience mentoring/leading a design team
Proficient in Revit

Salary is commensurate with experience.
