Job Description

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our this role you will perform both visual and physical inspections of packaging components and bulk products to support our contract packaging operations. You will also play an active role in maintaining compliance by assisting with internal customer and regulatory audits as needed. Your work directly ensures our company meets regulatory requirements and delivers the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect document and release incoming components for packaging processes including customer-supplied purchased and internally produced materials.

  • Perform sampling of components and bulk products according to standard operating procedures and item specifications.

  • Conduct and record required IR and Global Vision testing.

  • Review peer work and release components with QA management approval.

  • Participate in internal customer and regulatory audits as directed by senior management.

  • Train designated team members as requested by management.

  • Support other quality-related tasks as assigned.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures with accuracy.

  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Prior QA or inspection experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus.
