Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in n8n AI-driven process automation and AI agent integration. You will be responsible for designing developing implementing and maintaining innovative business automation solutions that enhance efficiency reduce manual effort and leverage cutting-edge AI technologies.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities architect solutions and ensure that automations run reliably at scale.
What Youll Do:
- Design & Development: Create and implement business automations using n8n AI agents and workflow automation platforms.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI models and agents for intelligent decision-making data enrichment and process optimization.
- Workflow Automation: Build optimize and maintain automated workflows across systems APIs and business tools.
- Minimum 3 years experience in implementing business process automations with proven expertise in n8n including workflow design custom nodes integrations and error handling.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI and AI agents into business processes leveraging strong Python programming skills for automation scripting and AI integration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for custom workflow development along with strong knowledge of APIs webhooks and data transformation techniques.
- Solid understanding of automation best practices such as error handling logging scalability and experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail ensuring reliable maintainable and efficient automation solutions.
General Duties; Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely manner as per SLA. Perform installations, moves, adds, changes, and decommissions (IMACD) of IT equipment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all work performed. Confidence and presence to deal with Senior Exec/Management (VIP level support). Collaborate with remote IT teams to resolve complex issues. Adhere to safety protocols and security procedures as per SOP and guidelines. Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
