This is a remote position.

Position Title: Customer Service Manager/ Business Support Officer
Work Set-up: WFH
Schedule: 7am 4pm PHT
Salary: Php50000- Php60000
Holidays: VIC AU Holidays

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Manager / Business Support Officer to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the efficient coordination of services matching clients with the right support workers and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in managing service bookings building strong relationships and contributing to operational marketing and strategic goals.

The right candidate will be highly organised an excellent communicator and capable of balancing client service needs with operational priorities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment where your contributions make a direct impact on client satisfaction and service delivery outcomes.


JOB DESCRIPTION AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER / BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER

Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Manager /Business Support Officer:

Customer Service
Manage service bookings matching support workers to client needs and overseeing services from booking through completion.
Carry out reverse marketing to increase service booking hours for under-utilised support workers.
Maintain effective communication with clients provider agencies community groups and other stakeholders.
Provide high-quality customer service and resolve complex service issues.
Identify service risks and work with the team to prevent fall overs.
Conduct welfare checks and maintain strong client engagement.
Operational Expertise
Research prepare and deliver training sessions for staff.
Develop strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Gather and analyse labour market data to improve service delivery.
Manage accurate records and ensure contractual compliance.
Support recruitment and onboarding of support workers.
Provide tailored guidance to workers for improved client service and job performance.


Sales & Marketing
Build and maintain relationships with labour market stakeholders.
Promote TSGA services to clients provider agencies and potential partners.
Identify and create opportunities for sustainable employment for workers.
Teamwork
Collaborate with service consultants to prevent fall overs.
Mentor and coach colleagues where possible.
Foster team performance and morale through effective communication and cooperation.
Self-Management
Adhere to company policies procedures and values.
Maintain accurate scheduling and record keeping.
Complete professional development and apply new skills.
Maintain workplace security and report risks or potential fraud.

Qualifications as a Customer Service Manager / Business Support Officer:
Atleast 3 years proven experience as CSM/ Business Support Officer or similar role
Experience working with international clients and multinational firm is highly desired
Above average English communication skills both spoken and written is required
Proven ability to lead teams coach develop etc.
Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office email internet and database systems.
Ability to prioritise tasks meet deadlines and achieve results.
Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds including those with disabilities or special needs.
