You ll be working with a team that values professional excellence and is committed to expanding from a small focused team to a larger operation of 10 professionals.
Job Description:
Take on a crucial role in the property acquisition process by connecting directly with homeowners to identify off-market fixer properties that represent excellent investment opportunities. You ll be the first point of contact in the deal pipeline using your communication skills to build rapport with property owners and uncover opportunities that others miss. This position offers direct impact on the company s deal flow and growth with the satisfaction of knowing your conversations directly contribute to successful real estate investments.
Responsibilities
- Mondays to Fridays 10:00 am to 8:00 pm Santa Clara CA USA Pacific Time

- Conduct engaging outbound cold calls to homeowners and property owners to identify off-market investment properties
- Build rapport with property owners to assess their interest in selling distressed or investment properties
- Qualify leads effectively and gather detailed property information for potential wholesale deals
- Maintain organized records of all call activities and lead information in company systems
- Follow up strategically with interested prospects to nurture relationships and move deals forward
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear neutral accent
- Previous experience in cold calling telemarketing or sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural ability to build rapport quickly
- Resilience and positive attitude when handling rejection
- Basic familiarity with real estate terminology and investment concepts is a plus
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet professional work environment
