Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 3:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
Client Timezone: UK Time
Total Weekly Hours: 30 Hours

Step into a pivotal Executive Assistant role where you ll act as the strategic right-hand partner to senior leadership in a fast-growing transactional business. This part-time position offers strong potential to transition into full-time as you demonstrate your value and as the business continues to expand.

You ll play a key role in driving operational efficiency through high-level administrative support meeting coordination and strategic assistance that directly contributes to business success.



Responsibilities

  • Manage executive email correspondence and calendar scheduling with precision and professionalism

  • Prepare and coordinate internal and client meetings to ensure seamless execution

  • Create detailed meeting agendas and organize supporting documentation

  • Assist in preparing management reports for leadership review

  • Provide versatile administrative support across multiple business functions

  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership taking on expanded responsibilities as the role grows


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (not an entry-level role)

  • Demonstrated success in high-level administrative support positions

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong prioritization ability

  • Professional communication skills both written and verbal

  • Adaptability to manage diverse tasks and evolving responsibilities

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently
