We are a fast-growing apparel design and manufacturing group with operations across the U.S. and Asia. Our strong focus is on global commerce supply chain management and innovation. Since our business spans multiple time zones we value team members who are agile detail-oriented and proactive communicators.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented In-House Accountant to manage the full scope of our internal finance operations. This role is ideal for someone familiar with U.S. accounting practices who also understands the nuances of international business environments specifically with entities and banking in places like Hong Kong. Youll play a key role in ensuring our books are clean reports are timely and the handoff to our U.S.-based CPAs during tax season is seamless.
Handle all general bookkeeping duties including journal entries and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain accurate monthly management reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR) including payment processing.
Maintain internal budget tracking and assist in financial forecasting.
Prepare and organize all documentation required for U.S.-based tax filings and CPA handoff.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and proper coding of transactions.
Support global banking workflows including an understanding of U.S. and Asian (e.g. Hong Kong) banking systems.
Ensure records are organized audit-ready and compliant with U.S. GAAP where applicable.
3 5 years of professional accounting experience.
Solid understanding of U.S.-based accounting practices and international business operations.
Proficient in QuickBooks Online Xero or similar cloud-based accounting software.
Comfortable working independently and owning all aspects of company bookkeeping.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized process-oriented and comfortable in a remote global work environment.
Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (PST preferred).
CPA qualification or equivalent.
Experience working with U.S. and Asian-based entities (e.g. Hong Kong China).
Familiarity with tools such as Gusto Wise ClickUp and Slack.
This role may evolve into a Finance Manager position as the company scales. Were looking for someone who wants to grow with us bring ideas to the table and contribute beyond just the numbers.
