About the Role
The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for managing client communications preparing professional proposals coordinating meetings and ensuring smooth client management processes. The role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Contact existing and prospective clients to schedule meetings and consultations
- Prepare proposals and presentations in Canva following brand guidelines
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and support payment collection processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Coordinate calendars and manage meeting logistics
- Provide administrative support for client-facing activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in client communication and relationship management
- Proficiency in Canva for creating professional documents and presentation
- Familiarity with invoicing systems and payment follow-up processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills suited to the Australian market
- Experience using CRM systems with accurate data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable using Xero and Microsoft applications
