Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing emails scheduling appointments conducting research handling customer service inquiries managing social media accounts and performing general administrative tasks. They will also coordinate with the cleaning team and ensure seamless communication between clients and staff.
Qualifications
Email management scheduling and general administrative skills
Customer service and communication skills
Experience in social media management and content creation
Strong research and organizational skills
Proficient in using virtual tools and software
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Experience in the cleaning or service industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
