A seasoned Human Resources professional with over three years of experience in supervisory roles within the BPO industry specializing in employee engagement labor relations and employee relations. Demonstrates strong leadership professionalism and the ability to build credibility with staff peers and senior management in a collaborative team environment.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention.
Handle employee and labor relations issues ensuring fair and compliant resolution processes.
Provide guidance to HR staff and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with department heads and management on workforce planning and organizational development.
Conduct investigations manage disciplinary actions and resolve grievances in line with labor laws and internal policies.
Support HR strategy implementation aligned with business goals.
Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment through consistent communication and feedback.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Resources supervisory role preferably in the BPO industry
Strong background in employee engagement employee relations and labor relations
In-depth knowledge of labor laws HR best practices and disciplinary procedures
Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
Proven ability to lead and work effectively within a team and collaborate across all levels of the organization
High level of professionalism and integrity; able to maintain confidentiality and build trust
Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems (HRIS)
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field (Masters or HR certification is a plus)
