We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Data and Applications Analyst to support the end-to-end data lifecycle across key real estate systems. This role will focus on data management reporting minor automation and ensuring data integrity and compliance to support the Real Estate and Funds Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a proactive approach to problem-solving and a foundational understanding of real estate systems and data governance.
Responsibilities:
- Able to perform end to end data management (record to report) in key Real Estate applications.
- Develop and implement minor automations to streamline data entry and reporting processes.
- Generate and maintain regular reports to support the Real Estate and Funds Management team.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Assist in the development and documentation of procedures.
Requirements
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in data science Information Technology Business or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in data management and applications support preferably in Real Estate and Funds Management (Argus Estate Master)
- Proficiency in Excel modelling and other data management tools.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g. VBA Python or R) or Power Automate low-code tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
