The primary responsibility of a Japanese Bilingual Data Entry Associate (CV Registration Associate) is to prepare / translate data for system entry and formatting by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry and formatting priorities as instructed by the Team Leader. The role must ensure the efficiency and accuracy of all data and other related information.
JOB DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS
- Perform fast and accurate data entry and CV formatting of all information as assigned
- Process the documentation received in accordance to the agreed service standards and established policies and procedures
- Check verify and correct source documents for accuracy
- Update and maintain information on system
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion over sensitive documents
- Knowledgeable with correct spelling grammar and punctuation
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree or undergraduate with relevant work experience preferred
At least 1-year data entry/non-voice BPO experience
Filipinos who can speak read and write Japanese (100% Japanese language)
JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) N1 / N2 / N3 Passer / Level
Experience in the recruitment industry specifically CV or resume formatting is an advantage
Expertise in using MS Word with at least a typing speed of 50 wpm
Information collection and management
