Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am -6 pm 1 hour unpaid break California (Pacific Time)
Paid hours per week: 40 hours

You ll be at the heart of customer interactions handling phone calls processing orders and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. Working with modern point-of-sale systems and integrated retail platforms you ll play a crucial role in helping customers create perfect floral arrangements for their special occasions. This position offers excellent growth potential in customer service skills while working with cutting-edge retail technology in a fast-paced rewarding environment.
- Serve as the primary phone contact for customers providing warm and professional customer service
- Accurately process and input customer orders into the point-of-sale system
- Handle orders from both franchise and independent retail channels seamlessly
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently during periods between customer calls
- Send and receive text messages to confirm important customer details like delivery addresses
- Maintain consistent Pacific time zone working hours to align with business operations
- Ensure professional and friendly communication throughout the entire customer order process
- Support additional data entry projects as the business grows and expands
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly professional demeanor
- Proven experience handling phone-based customer interactions confidently
- Ability to work Pacific time zone hours consistently and reliably
- Strong proficiency in data entry and experience with point-of-sale systems
- Comfortable using international dialing systems and technology
- Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in order processing and customer information
- Ability to multitask effectively between phone calls and data entry work
- Professional attitude with enthusiasm for helping customers celebrate special moments
