Job Summary
Collecting analyzing and structuring information to support projects.
Personal & professional growth
- Works on personal growth and learns the intricacies of the profession and sector by being curious and showing interest
- Shows ownership of tasks asks for help/questions in time when stuck and aligns expectations with the project team
- Collaborates constructively with colleagues and stakeholders and demonstrates reliability
Client & quality
- Supports (senior) consultants in successfully executing projects by:
- Collecting information
- Analyzing and making this information insightful
- Preparing workshops

- Commerce: Assists in developing commercial opportunities and proposals
- Knowledge: Shares acquired knowledge internally
Portfolio: Stays informed about the services and projects delivered by Sia
Qualifications :
- You have completed your Masters Degree
- You have 0 to 2 years experience within a consultancy firm
- Sectoral knowledge: Telecom & Tech / Financial Services / Automotive / Life Sciences
- Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
- Analytical mind exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
- Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory
