Experienced Barista/Catering Assistant Monday-Thursday 32h

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages including espresso cappuccinos lattes and macchiatos according to established recipes and standards
• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Be aware of COSHH regulations and use appropriate protective equipment when using chemicals.
• Adhering to dress code policies. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist team members when needed such as running food or drinks to tables during busy periods.
• Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and cooperation.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Follow proper hand hygiene procedures and maintain personal cleanliness.
• Ensure the caf is compliant with health and safety standards at all times.

• Previous experience in a similar role especially in the food service industry is often a plus
