Join Our Team as an every other weekend On-Call Supervisor! Earn 253.32 per month
Are you calm under pressure great on the phone and looking for a flexible role that makes a real difference Were on the lookout for a reliable On-Call Supervisor to support our emergency line for clients and care professionals.
What youll be doing:
Answering emergency calls with professionalism and care
Logging follow-ups and updates in our system
Adding medications to client records
Checking care professionals are logged into their calls
Responding quickly to emergency situations
Covering staff absence if it occurs whilst on-call
When youll be needed:
Every other weekend: Saturday 8am Monday 8am (no overnight availability required)
One evening during the week: 5pm 10pm plus 6am 8am the following morning
Occasional holiday cover when required
What were looking for:
Previous care experience is a plus (but not essential)
Someone reliable quick-thinking and confident handling calls
Availability to commit to the above schedule
