Objectifs de la mission

Context

Over the past months several POCs and projects have been conducted on Credit Paper and Credit Legal Docs with Businesses Operations and

Legal. These initiatives are now a priority for GCM Coverage Ops and Legal with strong internal support and alignment with industry trends (e.g. COiN

from JPM Credit Assistant from Moodys).

The goal is to consolidate existing eorts and launch the framing of two scalable solutions:

Credit Paper: Assist in drafting and structuring sections of the credit papers

Credit Legal Docs: Enhance the exploitation of legal docs across the credit process ie. from origination to lifecycle.

Description of the missions and deliverables

Objective is to deliver for the 2 initiatives a project plan for 2026 with the following key deliverables

Audit & Analysis: Workshops with users mapping of data sources and review of existing solutions and technical components.

Business Requirements: Consolidation of needs and priorities benefits quantification and use cases selection

Solution Design: Mockups POCs target architecture and integration of existing bricks.

Project Plan: Roadmap cost estimates governance and delivery structure.

A cross-functional team composed of 1 senior consultant 1 junior consultant and 1 AI tech expert (detached from GB IT) will jointly deliver the

deliverables and project plans for two initiatives.

The senior consultant will lead the mission and oversee the overall project plan development delivering the key elements.

The AI tech expert will be in charge of the technical deliverables

The junior consultant will support both the senior consultant and the technical expert

The mission will be supervised by both GB Business and IT Leads and in charge of connecting the framing teams to the relevant internal

stakeholders e.g. Business teams members or IT development teams

Qualifications :

Advanced AI Consultant profile: > 9 years of experience and < 12 years of experience

Key skills:

- Corporate Banking and Credit process knowledge

- Capacity to collect needs and priorities from Business by

- Ability to formalize business needs and requirements for IT projects

- Ability to structure and lead the framing of an IT project that includes AI components

- General technical knowledge on IT and AI

Intermediary AI Consultant profile: > 3 years of experience and < 6 years of experience

Key skills:

- Corporate Banking and Credit process basic knowledge

- Ability to formalize business needs and requirements for IT projects

- General technical knowledge on IT and AIDocuments RFP
