Job Summary
- Conduct site surveys to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design.
- Develop detailed telecom room layouts including rack placement and equipment selection ensuring compliance with GTAA BICSI and other relevant standards
- Develop detailed designs for structured cabling systems including cable pathways cable types and connectivity using BIM/CAD software.
- Coordination with other engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the ICT Infrastructure facilities with other Aviation Projects under the GTAA Accelerator Program
- Maintain accurate records of telecom room layouts equipment configurations and cabling documentation
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering
- 15 Years Experience in major infrastructure and transportation projects
- Strong understanding of structured cabling systems networking principles and telecommunications equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Industry Certification (BICSI certifications like Registered Communications Distribution Designer RCDD)
- Airport ICT design experience
- BISCI RCDD Certification
