The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in supporting the Account Manager with the daily execution and coordination of accounts. Acting as the primary liaison between carriers suppliers and internal teams the CSR ensures that shipments are tracked documented and delivered according to service expectations.
Shift Information Full-time. Occasional afterhours availability required during peak periods or for time-sensitive shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for carriers and suppliers; manage shipment scheduling and updates to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Track transportation milestones using TMS tools and proactively address delays service exceptions or compliance issues.
- Collaborate with accounting to resolve billing discrepancies and support report preparation for internal and client use.
- Assist Account Managers in launching and maintaining customer accounts including escalated issue resolution and implementation of custom requirements.
- Work closely with dispatch compliance and billing teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications :
Education:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Bachelors Degree Preferred - Not Required
Experience:
- 13 years of experience in logistics transportation or supply chain preferred
- Experience using a TMS platform
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish preferred) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word).

Pay/Benefits/Perks
- Base salary of $60000 CAD plus commission structure based on account performance.
