Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting processing and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs create reports and dashboards and contribute to data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and acquire data from internal systems databases and external sources.
- Clean organize and validate raw data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends patterns and insights.
- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel Tableau Power BI or similar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
- Monitor and ensure data quality and integrity across systems and processes.
- Document analysis processes methodologies and data sources for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting or streamline data-related workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of direct experience as a Data Analyst
- 3 years of experience in Excel modeling (Exceptional/Expert Level)
- Comfort and ability to leverage AI in enhancing capability and productivity.
- Real Estate experience is strongly preferred with at least 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker).
$1500 - $2500 per month paid in USD depending on experience.
