Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join one of the Sunshine Coasts leading resorts. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a supportive and energetic team with plenty of room to grow your career in a permanent full-time position. Youll play a key role in overseeing our vibrant food and beverage operations ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences across every outlet.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily operations across Sola Bar and Restaurant The Deli Room Service and our busy conferencing and events spaces
- Leading and mentoring team members to maintain high service standards
- Assisting with recruitment rostering and payroll coordination
- Working closely with kitchen bar and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Handling guest feedback professionally and promptly
- Supporting stock control and inventory processes
- Contributing to a positive high-performing team culture

Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a food and beverage role ideally within a hotel or resort environment
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Experience with Micros POS is an advantage
- A strong service focus and sharp attention to detail
- Energetic self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude
- A team player with a hands-on approach and a passion for creating great guest experiences
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights weekends and public holidays
