Job Opportunity: Warehouse Manager / Project Manager
Location: Granite City IL U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary National Supply Center
Start Date: December 2025
Schedule: Full-Time
Lead Logistics for the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary
Do you have extensive warehouse leadership experience and a passion for supporting mission-critical logistics Join our team at the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary National Supply Center (ANSC) and oversee warehouse logistics and customer service operations that support thousands of Coast Guard Auxiliary members nationwide.
As the Warehouse Manager / Project Manager youll serve as the primary on-site leader ensuring smooth day-to-day operations managing staff and maintaining compliance with Coast Guard requirements.
What Youll Do
Operations Management & Leadership
- Serve as the single point of contact with the Government.
- Supervise and direct personnel including Warehouse Specialist and Material Handling Laborer.
- Oversee receiving storage order processing and shipping functions.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and monthly reporting.
- Maintain accountability of Government Furnished Property and resources.
- Lead transition-in/out activities and maintain operational continuity.
- Provide high-quality customer service to Auxiliary members and agencies.
- Ensure timely processing of orders special mailings and logistics support.
- Submit monthly progress and financial tracking reports to Government officials.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 15 years of warehouse management experience.
- U.S. Citizen or legal resident able to pass NACI/FBI background check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Strong knowledge of logistics safety and federal property accountability.
- Prior experience supporting Government or military logistics contracts.
- Experience with compliance reporting.
